MainetX fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

MainetX’s website domain (“mainetx.com”), was registered with what appears to be bogus details on January 22nd, 2025.

The state/province field on MainetX’s domain registration is Dubai. The country field is Romania.

As documented by BehindMLM reader Melanie back in May, since deleted MainetX marketing videos cite Ciprian Ciceu as CEO of the company.

Ciceu began his Ponzi scamming with Be Trader, an MLM crypto trading ruse Ponzi pitching 20% to 40% monthly returns.

BeTrader launched in or around July 2019 and collapsed in October 2019.

After BeTrader Ciceu launched BeTrader Academy, a shitcoin Ponzi scheme. BeTrader Academy’s collapse prompted the launch of Mainet in 2022.

Mainet was more of the same from Ciceu, pitching consumers on a 0.75% daily ROI. Through local promoters, Mainet found an audience of gullible investors in France and Côte d’Ivoire.

France’s AMF blacklisted Mainet for fraud in May 2023. That same month Mainet disabled investor withdrawals and collapsed.

Earlier this year BehindMLM documented Mainet Funded. Launched sometime after late 2023, Mainet Funded saw Cipreu continue to defraud consumers under Mainet branding.

Sometime after April 2025, Mainet Funded website hosting account was suspended.

This brings us to MainetX, the fifth reboot of Ciceu’s original BeTrader Ponzi scheme.

As per the Terms and Conditions on MainetX’s website, it operates through the Dubai shell company “Mainet Prop Firm Services FZCO”. This tracks with Ciceu still hiding out in Dubai.

Due to the proliferation of scams and failure to enforce securities fraud regulation, BehindMLM ranks Dubai as the MLM crime capital of the world.

1. If someone lives in Dubai and approaches you about an MLM opportunity, they’re trying to scam you.
2. If an MLM company is based out of or represents it has ties to Dubai, it’s a scam.

Promoters are only able to market MainetX promoter membership itself.

MainetX’s Compensation Plan

MainetX promoters invest tether (USDT). This is done on the promise of a daily passive return:

• Silver – pay a 10 USDT fee and invest 50 to 250 USDT and receive 0.7% a day
• Gold – pay a 10 USDT fee and invest 500 to 3000 USDT and receive 1% a day
• Platinum – pay a 10 USDT fee and invest 5000 to 15,000 USDT and receive 1.15% a day
• Diamond – pay a 10 USDT fee and invest 25,000 to 100,000 USDT and receive 1.2% a day

All MainetX investment tiers expire after one year. Reinvestment is then required to continue earning.

The MLM side of MainetX pays on recruitment of investing promoters.

Referral Commissions

MainetX pays a referral commissions via a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure places an promoter at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of promoter. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each day MainetX tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.

Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of USDT invested on the weaker binary team side as follows:

• Silver tier promoters receive a 4% residual commission rate

Matching Bonus

MainetX pays a Matching Bonus via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places a promoter at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited promoter placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

MainetX caps payable unilevel team levels at ten.

The Matching Bonus is paid as a percentage of referral commissions earned across these ten levels as follows:

MainetX rewards promoters for reaching downline investment milestones:
